Robert “Bob” Lee Rindal passed away on Nov. 14, 2023, in Billings, Montana.
Robert was born on Oct. 9, 1941, and was raised in the Missouri Breaks area near Roy, Montana. Robert’s adult life was in Billings.
Robert’s work career started with driving heavy equipment but quickly moved into a career as an independent trucker. Robert started Rindal Trucking in the ’70s and, at one time, had 17 trucks on the road moving products around the western half of the U.S. After over 50 years in the trucking business, Robert retired from his trucking business.
Robert is survived by his wife, Corrine (Seyfert) and their two children, Tamara (Rindal) Shelton and Toni (Rindal) Keehner; and two children, Karen (Rindal) Huck and Lee Rindal, from his first wife, Billie Hailstone. Robert is also survived by his brother, Danny Rindal; and five grandchildren (Kris Huck, Kyle Huck, Joran Rindal, Sam Shelton and Emme Keehner), along with eight great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Preceding Robert in death were his parents, Olaf and Rose Rindal; two brothers, John and Ralph; his son, Curt; and two grandchildren, Reyn and Eli.
