Stephen Clark Olson (74) passed away peacefully in his home on July 23, 2026. He was born February 5, 1952, to Ruth and Clark Olson in Lisbon, ND. After graduating high school, he joined the Air Force, where he served from 1971 to 1975. The last place her served was in Shemya, Alaska. He was a proud Air Force Veteran and held many fond memories. In 1977 he married his wife of 49 years, Sandi Olson. He loved being outdoors hunting, fishing, boating, and camping. He enjoyed long drives with his dog, exploring the countryside. After his retirement of working 35 years at Tri-State Truck and Equipment, he enjoyed traveling and taking many cruises around the world with his wife. He is survived by his wife, Sandi Olson; daughter, Staci (Clint) Crews; grandkids, Andi and Jack Crews; son Scott Olson; sister, Cathy (Joe) Runtzel. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ruth and Clark Olson; sister, Connie Olson; and mother- and father-in-law, Alice and Phillip Frank. Graveside service with military honors will be 9:00am Monday, August 10 at Yellowstone National Cemetery, followed by a reception from 10am-12:00pm at Peace Lutheran Church, 1301 Ave D, Billings. Memorials preferred to Wounded Warrior Project.
