Sheila Fox Currie, 73, of Billings, Montana, passed away on April 23, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones. Sheila was born on April 16, 1952, and spent most of her life in the community she cherished—Billings. 

As a dedicated and hardworking woman, she contributed to her community through various roles, including her work with the Billings School District, Deaconess Hospital Lab, and Buttrey’s Bakery. Sheila had a creative spirit and found joy in crafting of all kinds, especially making handmade greeting cards and decorative wreaths. She shared her love of life and nature with her husband, Joe, as they enjoyed time spent together metal detecting. Sheila was also deeply involved in her family’s horse racing business, which brought her great pride and joy. Sheila is survived by her beloved husband, Joe E. Currie; her son, Brett Currie, and his wife, Jacque; and her three cherished grandchildren, Kellen, Barrett, and Korine. She is also survived by her brothers, Wayne Fox and Gordon Fox. Sheila was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur Fox and Marie Herbert Fox. 

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on May 5, 2025, at the Park City Cemetery in Park City, Montana. A casual gathering will follow at Sid’s Place in Laurel, Montana. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Sheila’s life. Sheila's warmth, creativity, and love for her family will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
