Obituary

Scott was a man of many words…many, many, words. This has taken a long time for me to write because there are truly no words that can truly describe a guy with his light.

He was born to Katherin Barbee & Lester Williams on June 3rd 1968 in Seattle Washington. He was the 4th of 8 children. Scott spent his childhood back and forth from Seattle with his Dad & Missoula with his mother.

He was a man that when he would talk about anything he did you would sit down to listen to the adventures he went through like a fun movie. From funny stores as a kid to working on crab boats in Alaska. Even the not so funny stories he’d throw in a funny twist.

Scott was the only guy I know that was a jack of all trades and ace of all. Worked hard and sang the whole time doing it.

He had many hobbies working on cars was his favorite.

Scott also loved racing he was a huge Tony Stewart fan.

He had two main Loves in Life God & his son Chance. His son Chance came and Scotts life changed forever. It gave him a whole new reason to live. From that day forward his heart was filled. He was so proud of his little guy he would show him off any way he could. His little “Sluggo” hed the little chubby baby dress him up & just take him every where for show & tell. He was the fun dad that would mess the entire house up with card board boxes and Christmas lights to make his boy a fort. In the yard with his crib railings making jumps for his little motorcycles. Chance was his number one fan and Scott was Chances number one fan. Eighteen years later still they were each others number one fan. Scott would say he looks just like me from hair to hands. He adored his boy most of all in life.

We tragically lost him on April 9, 2026 in an accident.

Scotts deep faith in God was way bigger than his fear and with that we find comfort.

He is survived by his boy Chance Lee Williams, Maggie Joy, ex-wife Kristi Askelson, mother Katherine Barbee, brothers Tony Williams, Mike Williams, Darius Quinn, Elias Quinn, Sisters, Aurora Quinn & Summer Quinn & friend Terry Malm, niece Kylee Flaskey and add Aimee Luedtke(Jeff), Don and Georganne Myers, and Shay Askelson family also.

Hes predeceased by his Dad Lester Williams & brother, Shawn Williams & Friend Brian Wilson.

Though gone Scott's laughter smile wit & charm will never be forgotten.
