Rosella Mae Zika

Rosella Mae Zika, 82 of Billings was called to heaven by God to be with family members who preceded her. Rosella was born in Crosby, ND on October 6, 1934 to Raymond and Alvina (Weiler) Larson.

Her love for God and her devotion to her faith are best expressed by the countless hours of involvement with Catholic Daughters. Her love for crafts and baking kept her busy making items for charity and bazaars. She used her teaching experience to help and volunteer with reading programs.

She was preceded by baby infants, Ann and John; her daughter, Caroline; her granddaughter, Brittany; and her brother, Loren.

Rosella is survived by her loving husband, Lawrence; sisters Ardell and Francella; daughter Elizabeth; sons Daniel and Joseph; her grandchildren, Ashley, Ryan, Megan, Bethany, Brenda, Herbie, Derek, Joshua and William; her seven great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 28, at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, followed by a reception. Burial will be held at the Alexander, ND cemetery on Thursday at 2 p.m. (MST).
