Rosalie Pheifer

Rosalie Marian Pfeifer, 94 of Billings, died on April 9, 2012. She was born on Feb. 18, 1918, in Huntley, and raised on the "Project," along with two brothers and two sisters.

Rosalie was a wiz with numbers and worked for the U.S. Civil Service, in accounting service, for 30 years.

After retirement, Rosalie and her sister Helen did volunteer work at St. Vincent Hospital and Rescue Mission. She was a truly kind and decent soul.

Rosalie was preceded in death by Anton, Betty, Albert and Helen.

She is survived by her nephew, Russ Sherman.

Cremation has taken place. Funeral Mass will be at noon on Friday, April 13, at St. Patrick Co-Cathedral. Rite of Committal will follow in Huntley Cemetery.

Memorials can be made to Rocky Mountain Hospice in Rosalie's name.
