Robert A. Hensel

Robert A. Hensel, 87 of Billings, passed away, Tuesday, August 25, 2015 at Highgate Senior Living.

The son of Nick and Elizabeth Hensel, Robert was born June 21, 1928 in Lefor, ND.

Robert is survived by Kathyrn, his wife of 66 years. Together they had three daughters, Linda (Mike) Capser and their sons Todd and Troy (Nicole), Colleen (Jim) Whitbeck and their daughters Katie (Shane) and Jill (Ross) and Geri (Bucky) Heringer and their children, Travis, Kelcy, Jenny and Tanner. Also surviving are 11 great grandchildren and a very special family friend Dan.

Robert and Kathryn enjoyed traveling to Polka Fests throughout the area. He especially enjoyed watching Monday Night Wrestling.

The family would like to thank the staff of Highgate Senior Living for all the loving care.

Vigil service will be 7pm Wednesday, September 2nd at Michelotti-Sawyers Mortuary. The Funeral Mass will be 10am Thursday at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church with Rite of Committal at Yellowstone Valley Memorial Park.
