Judy Frank was called home by the Lord on Dec. 30, 2023, at the age of 85.

Judy was born on Oct. 15, 1938, the daughter of Pauline Burns, in St. Louis, Missouri. She had one beloved brother, Dick Burns, whom she adored. At a young age, she moved to Billings, where she lived the rest of her life.

On Nov. 7, 1959, she married her sweetheart, George Frank. They experienced a full and exciting life together, building a successful business, traveling the world, and raising their three children. Of all the places they visited, their ranch in Melville was their favorite and where they spent much of their time.

Judy’s family was the most important thing in her life, especially her grandchildren. She was always making memories for them. Whether it be teaching them her love for sewing, cooking meals together in the kitchen, sending them to Clydehurst Christian Ranch, or simply giving them one-on-one attention.

She had a gift of making people feel special and would rather give than receive. Judy dedicated her free time to her church, Bible Study Fellowship Group, and the local children’s Awana program. She lived a generous life and had a big heart for animals, the kids of Africa, and many different Christian ministries. Sharing the word of God with others was one of Judy’s greatest joys.

Judy is survived by her husband George, daughters Kelly and Lisa, son Andy, and her six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her brother, Dick Burns.

The memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 6, at Faith E, 3145 Sweetwater Drive.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to one of her favorite local charities: the Billings Animal Shelter.
