Janice L. Leone

On Aug. 11, 1925, Janice Lenore Erickson was born and began her life on “the old homestead” in Stephenson, Michigan.

After high school, she moved in with her aunt in Chicago, and soon landed her dream job as a reservations specialist for Northwest Orient Airlines. Continuing to follow her dreams, she transferred out west to Billings and met the love of her life, Bob Leone. They began a family with four children: Linda, Mike, Patty and Laurie, now extending to great-great-grandchildren.

Jan passed in peace on the morning of July 22, 2023. She will rest with Bob at the Yellowstone National Cemetery in Laurel.
