Francis ‘Frank’ E. Dunning
Francis "Frank" E. Dunning, age 89, of Billings, passed away on Aug. 9, 2016. He was born on May 2, 1927, in Ashland.
He served his country in the U.S. Navy and worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture, retiring in 1983.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia, of 48 years. He is survived by his children, Thomas and Mary (Don Doebelin).
Service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 17, at St. Bernard's Parish, 226 Wicks Lane.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family suggests donations to RiverStone Hospice House.
