Erin Primrose Winsted, beloved daughter of Quinton and Anna, was born on July 3rd at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Billings, Montana.
Though her time with us was brief, Prim’s life was filled with meaning, love, and purpose. She was a precious gift from the Lord and was deeply loved from the very beginning. Before we ever held her, she was already known, cherished, and prayed for.
Prim entered this world with a quiet strength that touched the hearts of all who met her. She was beautifully formed and wonderfully made, with the sweetest little details that her parents will forever treasure—her tiny hands and feet, her little fingers, her nails, her eyebrows, her ears, her eyes, and her beautiful face.
During pregnancy, Prim faced a rare condition that affected her development. Yet even in the midst of tragedy, she was surrounded by love, prayer, and the care of her parents. Her life was never defined by her condition, but by the blessing she was and the love she inspired.
Prim’s life reminds us that the value of a person is not measured by the number of days they spend on this earth, but by the purpose given to them by their Creator. She had a big little life, and in her short time here, she changed the hearts of those who loved her forever.
Her mother carried her with incredible love and strength, giving Prim the gift of a mother’s devotion from the very beginning. Her father cherished every moment of being her dad and will forever carry the honor of being her father.
The Winsted family finds comfort in the promise of Scripture:
“For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” — Psalm 139:13-14 (ESV)
Though we grieve the moments we did not get to share with Prim, we trust that she is held in the perfect care of our Lord. Her life was a blessing, her memory is a treasure, and her place in our family will never be forgotten.
Prim is survived by her loving parents, Quinton and Anna, Her grandparents, Aunts, Uncles & Cousins.
