It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Amanda Christine Cassidy, age 39, who was born on October 14, 1986, in Helena. Amanda departed this life on February 6, 2026, surrounded by love. She passed away while visiting her mother in Montana, traveling from Duluth, where she resided. She leaves behind a legacy of kindness, strength, and devotion to her family.
Amanda was a devoted homemaker whose greatest joy in life was caring for her family. She had a heart for helping others and was always the first to lend a hand to anyone in need. Her love was shown not just in words, but in her daily sacrifices, her guidance, and the comfort she brought to those around her. She cherished spending time with her children and grandchildren, creating memories that will be treasured forever.
In her youth, Amanda attended the The Salvation Army church, and in her later years she faithfully attended and was associated with Revive City Church. Her faith was an important part of her life and gave her strength through life’s challenges.
Amanda was preceded in death by her spouse, Ralph Pagues; and brother, Joseph Cassidy. Amanda is survived by her beloved children, Jaquiel Ogima, Jalissia Ogima, Jamarcus Pegues, Jamarion Pegues, and Jamichael Pegues; and her precious grandchildren, Avahni Brigan and Aziah Justus. She is also survived by her mother, Rosemary Cook; and her father, Anthony Cassidy Sr. She leaves behind her siblings: her sisters, Mary Yelloweyes and Sadi Yelloweyes; and her brother Anthony Cassidy Jr. She is also remembered by many extended family members and friends who will forever hold her memory in their hearts.
Amanda’s warmth, laughter, and unwavering love will be deeply missed but never forgotten. Her legacy lives on in the lives of her children and all who were blessed to know her.
