Georgia W. Sander, 94, died peacefully in her home on Thursday, June 5, 2014. She was born August 28, 1919 in Rothemay, Montana, the second daughter of Bill and Gussie Adams. Georgia was raised in the Edgar – Boyd area and graduated from high school in Joliet.
She was the devoted mother to Rosemary Berlinsky Clason (deceased) and John W. Berlinsky, Billings, MT. She married S. K. (Sandy) Sander 42 years ago in Lake Tahoe, Nevada, and lived in Denver, CO. moving back to Billings 22 years ago. She leaves behind her devoted husband, loving son, 7 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Georgia also had 3 step-daughters, 1 step grandson and 2 step great granddaughters.
Georgia was loved by all that knew her and loved everyone she knew. She viewed life optimistically and never had a bad word to say about anyone. She also had a deep love for all animals, big and small, and her flowers. Georgia particularly liked the saying “she lived, she loved, she died”.
Cremation has taken place, and at her request, no funeral services are planned.
