I enjoyed the several, projects with "Willie" many years on telephone systems for companies where we were each involved.

I enjoyed his free spirit and candor in all of our times together in the resolving of issues.

Since we both retired, many years ago, We have been unable to find time to spend together.

He was a great friend.
