Tillie (Praus) Mylan Croston

1927 - 2007

Tillie "Pat" Croston cherished mother grandmother and sister found peace on September 30th after many years of heart failure.

Pat was born on the family farm in South Heart, ND to Anna & Frank Praus August 11, 1927. She was the 10th of 12 children. She spent her childhood in South Heart, leaving at an early age for Billings.

While working in Billings she met, fell in love with and married Walter Mylan. Walter and Pat had three children Jerry, Laura-Li and Vicky. She then spent the next 28 years as a military wife and mother. The family traveled extensively.

After Walter passed away, Pat found love once again with Marvin Croston. They were married in 1978 and lived and worked in Yellowstone Natl. Park until he retired. They bought an RV and loved traveling down south, especially to Branson.

Pat loved and was loved by everyone she met. She had a profound sense of faith and a love for life and family. She was called Mom by many friends and special people in her life. Pat loved her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and her two special puppies, Pronto and Cassie. She also loved RVing, dancing, cards, crocheting, and she was a beautician.

Pat will be missed by all who knew and loved her. She was always ready to help and pray for anyone. .. her faith was so strong, you could feel it. We will always be with her in prayers and thoughts until we can hug her again. Rest well beautiful mother!

Remembrances

Mommy, I want everyone to know what a extraordinary woman and mother you were.

Even at your sickest and most painful you always asked about others and prayed for them. It has been a honor to call you my mother but most of all my Best Friend. I will miss you always, but you have brought a profound sense of peace to my life and heart. Go softly until we meet again my love. "I love you as much as you love me."

Your loving daughter Laura-Li
