Remembrances

I want to express my condolences to her family. She was my most revered colleague. Rina and I coached speech together for six years; we first met when we were earning our masters at MSU-B. She was truly a great lady and a supreme professional who inspired other teachers as well as her students. We will miss her. Bess Lovec

I have done Rina's hair for many years and I will greatly miss seeing that twinkle in her eyes when she smiled and her pretty long curly hair that always gave me joy to work with. She was a beautiful person and I will truly miss seeing her. My prayers go out to her family and all her friends in this difficult time.

Sincerely,

Christal Duke

My heart goes out to Rina's family and also her collegues and students as well. I met her on only a few occasions but her intelligence and vibrancy were memorable. I certainly know that she was a good friend and professional influence in my mother's life.

Ms. Moog was my teacher four years ago. I loved her speech class. I was very shy and she helped bring me out of my shell. She helped me feel like I was worth something when I thought I wasn't. She always made everyone feel special. I hope that her pain is now gone and her family can find peace in that. she was wonderful and will be missed here but she is in a better place. She has truely touched so many lives.

~Anna Howard, daughter of Joyce Davis

Rina was the most remarkable teacher that I have ever had. She always made everyone feel comfortable never out of place. Even though I graduated almost 4 years ago, I still kept in contact with Rina. She will always remain in my heart. And will always be one of the greatest influences of my life. Rina I will always remember you. Now that you have no more pain, rest and keep on teaching that is what you do best.
