Barbara A. Goodman, 87 of Billings, passed peacefully on May 9th, at St. John’s Lutheran Home, following a long illness. She was born July 21, 1919 in Ranchester, WY to Adam and Barbara Brown. She married Edward F. Goodman in October 1945 and they had three children. Barbara was a life long member of Little Flower Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her six brothers, Joe, Adam, Ed, Pete, John, and Clarence Brown; and her sister Catherine Degenhart.

Barbara is survived by her husband, Ed Goodman of Billings; daughter June Panian (Ron) of Billings; two sons, Gary (Connie) of Bellingham, WA and Fred (Connie) of Spokane, WA; as well as seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She is also survived by sisters Mary Daubert of Billings and Josephine Jones of Washington.

The family would like to thank the staff at St. John’s Nursing Home for their love and care they provided Barbara for so many years.

Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, May 14, 2007 at Little Flower Church. Rite of Committal will follow at Mountview Cemetery. The casket will be closed.

Memorials may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
