Donna J. Peterson, 77 of Billings died on December 21, 2006 at her home. She was born on September 15, 1929 at Ballantine, MT, the daughter of Robert H. and Pearl O. (Powers) Bryson.

She graduated from Huntley Project High School as the Salutatorian of her class. She went on to attend Billings Business College. Following school, Donna went to work for Hardy Construction, and was with them for many years, before retiring in 1990.

Donna J. Bryson was married to Al Peterson in Billings on May 10, 1957. He preceded her in death on December 1, 2005.

She is survived by her sister Dorothy (Stan) Waddell of Billings; sister-in-law Helen Bryson of Billings; nephew Robert (Debbie) Bryson; and nieces, Bobbie (Richard) Marble and Kathy (Norm) Sindelar.

She was preceded in death by her husband Al; her parents; her brother Robert L. Bryson; niece Leslie Bryson Lackman; and nephew Jimmy Waddell.

Private family services are planned. Memorials are suggested to Big Sky Hospice, P.O. Box 35033, Billings, MT 59107 or to the charity of one’s choice.
