Gary Dale Patrick, 61 of Billings, formerly Klamath Falls, OR, died Monday, April 30, 2007 at his home surrounded by family. The son of Walter and Kathryn Patrick, Gary was born July 8, 1945 in Johnson City, NY. While living in Klammath Falls, Gary was an engineer with the Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railroads for more than 30 years, retiring in 1998. He also served as chairman for the UTU-E Union for 25 years. Gary served in the United States Air Force and it was while stationed in Spokane, WA, he met Janice Marie O’Donnell. They were married in Havre, Mt on November 11, 1967. He enjoyed tinkering, restoring classic cars, playing cards and spending time with family and friends. Devoted husband of 39 years and loving father, Gary is survived by his wife Janice of Billings, daughter Nancy Lynn Falk (David) of Highlands Ranch, CO., two sons, Anthony Dale Patrick (Mandie) of F.E. Warren AFB, WY, and Timothy William Patrick of Ontario, OR., grandchildren, Sabrina Marie, Chandler Allen and Tyler William Patrick, and Aaron David and Lauren Elizabeth Falk, brother Jerry Gale Patrick of Schenectady, NY, sister Rosie Potter of Sidney, NY and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Walter Patrick, mother Kathryn Mumford and step-father Earl Mumford, daughter Lisa Dawn Patrick, nephews James Patrick and Butch Potter, father-in-law Francis O’Donnell and brother-in-law Robert O’Donnell. Funeral Mass will be 11am Thursday at St. Pius X Church with Military Honors and Rite of Committal in Calvary Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Rocky Mountain Hospice.
