Marion "Mac" Arnold

Marion “Mac” Arnold, 101, of Billings died December 13, 2005. 

Marion was born February 14, 1904 at Fisher, Minnesota, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John McDonald. 

Marion attended the University of North Dakota at Grand Forks, North Dakota. and graduated from UND at Minot, ND.   Marion taught many years in the Billings School District #2  in the intermediate grades.  She was a member of the Montana Retired Teachers.  She was also a member of First Presbyterian Church in Billings.

Marion married Charles R. Arnold of Laurel, Montana on June 4, 1934.  Charles died Jan 26, 1968.  Her son Captain Larry A. Arnold died June 27, 1968. 

  Marion is survived by son Charles “Scott” Arnold of San Diego, CA, and two grandsons, Justin of Oaxaca, Mexico and Terrence of Columbus, Missouri. 

A memorial service to celebrate Marion’s life is planned for Monday, May 19th,  2:00 PM at Michelotti-Sawyers Mortuary.
