Patrick C. Romsos
Patrick C. Romsos was born May 15, 1938. He was born in Billings, MT, to Carroll and Lorraine Romsos and two brothers Duane and Ron. He went to school in Billings and after graduation served in the Army.
After serving his country, he met Lynette Nelson, a young woman from Glendive, MT, who seemed willing to put up with him, so he promptly married her before she could change her mind. They had one daughter Wendy and one son Scott. They made a wonderful life together in Billings.
Pat enjoyed fishing, camping, and taking his family outdoors. After he retired from the working world, he discovered he had cancer. His life theme became Living With Cancer, and he took great pride in being an active member of several cancer survivor groups and pulmonary rehabilitation. Many with cancer told Pat he was a great inspiration to them.
Many thanks go out to Dr. Whittenberger and Dr. Merchant and the wonderful nurses and staff at the Billings Clinic. You all had a very special place in his heart.
Memorials may be sent to: Billings Clinic Foundation, 2917 10th Avenue North, Billings, Montana 59101.
A funeral service will be held at Michelotti-Sawyers Mortuary on Wednesday, March 23, at 11 am followed by a reception at the Elks Club.

Lynette,
I’m so sorry to hear of Pat’s passing. I always looked forward to
crossing his path, and I’ll carry the lessons he silently taught me
forever in my heart. It was truly an honor to know him and have the
opportunity to participate in his care. May loving memories comfort
you during this difficult time. I’ll miss that guy.

I remember some wonderful conversations with
Pat. I remember him laughing and being generous with his knowledge
and expertise on the computers. Perhaps what stayed with me the most
knowing he was a friend. My heart and love goes to all of you. I
hope you have comfort in knowing that you are in our hearts and
prayers.
Love,
Ruthie and Dan Ferris
