Jean M. Kozloski


Jean M. Kozloski, 79 of Billings passed away on March 22, 2011 at St. John’s Lutheran Home. Jean was born on May 14, 1931 the daughter of Victor and Minnie Mollett, in Billings, MT, where she was raised and educated.

On August 31, 1948, Jean was married to James W. Kozloski. She worked at Hart Albin in downtown Billings and later at the Kitchen Cupboard where she worked until retirement. She had a knack for retail. Jean was a loving mother and grandmother. She cherished her 4 grandkids, 9 great-grandkids, and 1 great-great grandson.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Jim; daughter Bonnie; and siblings Betty Reather, and Gerald Mollett.

She is survived by her daughter Sharon (Jeff) O’Donnell of Billings; grandchildren, Greg (Tammy) O’Donnell, Nikki O’Donnell, Jennifer (Craig) Burke, and Denise (Jacob) Thompson; 9 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson; brother Roger (Joanne) Mollett; sisters Edith Schneider, and Pat Blaire; several nieces and nephews; and her special friend Otto Weaver.

The family would like to express their thanks to Dr. Hagen, the staff of St. Vincent Healthcare Cardiac Unit, and the staff at St. John’s Chapel Court, for their loving comfort and care given to Jean.

Cremation has taken place. Memorial Services will be held at 9:30 A.M., Friday, March 25, in the Alberta Bair Room at St. John’s Lutheran Ministries, 3940 Rimrock Road (Enter in North West door off of Shiloh Road). Inurnment will be held at Mountview Cemetery at a later date.

 Memorials may be made to St. John’s Lutheran Ministries, the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
