Clayton Kveseth


Clayton Kveseth passed away Wednesday, September 29th, 2010 at St. John’s Lutheran Ministries Transitional Care Cottage. He was 88.

Clayton was born November 17, 1921 in Homestead, Mont. to Arthur and Agnes Kveseth. He served in World War II with Patton’s 13th Armored Division. After the service he came home to Froid and married his sweetheart, Doris Paulsen. They would have celebrated their 62nd anniversary this month.

Clayton is survived by his wife and three children; Arthur (DeLaina), Leatrice (Tony), and Lorin (Corrine); along with 7 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Rudell, Marlin and Lorin and many close and dear friends.

Funeral services will take place at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, October 5th, at Michelotti-Sawyers Mortuary. Cremation will follow. Clayton will be buried at the Ebenezer Lutheran Church in McCabe, Mont. with a inurnment service at 2:30 P.M., Wednesday, October 6th.

So sorry to hear of Clayton's passing. I still remember him very well as my bus driver when I was in grade school. What a nice man he was.
