James Lee Croft
James (Jim) Lee Croft was born
February 11, 1953 in Billings, MT to J James and Leone Croft. He
passed away Saturday September 25, 2010. He graduated from Red
Lodge High School and lived most of his adult life in Carbon
County. He married Jo-Ann Staudinger in July 1972, two children
were born as a result of this reunion. They were later divorced.
He ranched prior to owning his own construction business before
becoming ill.
He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his
daughter Julie (Roy) Omo of Billings, his son James J
(Michelle) Croft of Mooresville, NC, brother Bill (Lynn)
Croft of Roberts, sister Cindy (Wayne) Voelz of Tucson, AZ,
and brother Garry (Joyce) Croft of Roberts; grandchildren:
LeAnn, Bailey, James, Nathaniel, and Kaiser. He is also
survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Monday, October 4, at Clear Creek Cemetery near Roberts, MT. A reception will take place immediately following the service at the Boyd School. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Roberts Community Foundation. Michelotti-Sawyers Mortuary is in charge of cremation.
