Linda Boyer Cestnik passed away on June 8, 2010 due to complications associated with diabetes.

The daughter of Rod and Gayle Boyer, Linda was born on December 7, 1949 in Billings, Montana. Her family moved to Bozeman in October of 1954 and she attended school there through grade six. While in Bozeman Linda became inseparable from her horse Blaze and spent most of her time riding. In 1962 her family moved to Great Falls, where Linda graduated from Great Falls High School in 1968. After graduation Linda attended Montana State University where she studied art.

Linda married Robert Fletcher while attending MSU. They divorced and Linda moved to Billings and later married Robert Schneider. Linda went to work for a local bank and she and Bob raised Bob's children Ehren and Danielle. After several years Linda and Bob divorced and Linda moved in with her parents where she devoted her time to caring for them. She also went to work for the State of Montana Drivers Licensing Division where she was employed until the time of her death. Linda met the love of her life, Rich Cestnik while she was living with her parents. They dated for several years and were married on February 28, 2003. Linda and Rich celebrated a wonderful life and their days together were Linda's best.

Linda loved gardening, stained glass, concerts, and yearly trips to Las Vegas along with spending time with Rich in the outdoors.

Linda is survived by her husband Rich, Rich’s son Brian & Katie Cestnik of Spokane Washington, son Barry & Vanessa Cestnik of Portland Oregon, Linda’s sister Bonnie & Cecil Beckstrom of Portland Oregon, her brother Rod & Rita Boyer of Helena Montana, step children Danielle & Ehren Schneider and several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

At Linda’s Request no services will be conducted at this time, a Family service will be scheduled at a later date.
