Marilyn Jean Sulenes
Marilyn Jean Sulenes, 81 of Billings, passed away Wednesday,
July 28, 2010 at St. John’s Lutheran Nursing Home
Alzheimer’s Unit after a lengthy stay.
The daughter of Arthur and Minnie Sulenes, Marilyn was born
July 8, 1928 in Minneapolis, MN.
Marilyn worked for her brother Norm at Temperature Supply
Company for 11 years before working for Montana Power
Company as a dispatcher.
She was an active member of First English Lutheran Church
where she taught Sunday school for 12 years. She was a
volunteer receptionist at St. Vincent Hospital and enjoyed
skiing at Red Lodge Mountain.
She is survived by her brother Norm Sulenes of Billings and
numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by
her parents and sisters June and Helen.
Cremation has taken place. Memorial services will be 10am
Saturday at the Ocee Johnson Chapel, St. John’s Lutheran
Nursing Home.
Memorials may be made to First English Lutheran Church.
