Wallace L. Henman

On May 26, 2009, Dad passed away at home peacefully in his sleep of CHF, COPD and Thrombocytopenia. He was born in Billings, MT to Leroy and Adelle (Allen) Henman on June 1, 1936.
Wally was in the National Guard for 10 years and was a retired Greyhound driver and instructor. He also in his retirement years worked for Powder River as a driver and safety coordinator. He loved the outdoors, fishing, hunting and boating. This was his place of worship. In his last 2-3 years he belonged to the Iris club and learned to love iris’s as much as Mom.
Preceding him in death are his parents, Leroy and Adelle Henman, his sister Charlotte Kaufman, and his brother Vincent (Bud) Henman.
He is survived by his wife Beverly J. Henman (Deines, 3 sons, Doug (Colleen) Henman, Bill Henman, and Jace (Mary) Henman, his daughter Lexie Henman Simons, grandson Brad Henman, granddaughter Miranda Blatnick and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial services will be held 11:00 A.M. Monday, June 1, 2009 at Michelotti-Sawyers Mortuary, 1001 Alderson Avenue. Following the service there will be a gathering at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 2216 Grand Ave.
In lieu of flowers please make memorial donations to Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch or Horizon Hospice House.
