Cindy Lou Hill

Cindy Lou Hill

Cindy Lou Hill, 50, of Billings, passed away Tuesday, July 14, 2009 after a long, courageous fight with cancer. Cindy graduated from West High School in 1977 and married the love of her life, Tim, in September 1977. She had a deep love and bond with her husband, Tim and enjoyed the simple things in life with him. Labor Day camping trips were always something that she looked forward to each year. She was blessed with one daughter, April, who she made the center of her life by staying home as a stay at home mom and housewife. She attended every event her daughter was in and was the loudest person in the crown cheering her on. She enjoyed spending time with her family and especially her two grandsons, Evan and Colin. She would always tell them how special they were and how lucky she was to be their grandma. The grandkids also new "grammie Cindy" would have coconut cookies and hot things waiting for them no matter what day or time they stopped by to see her.

She was a strong woman who was willing to take life's battles one day at a time. Her saying to deal with life's challenges was "Can't keep a good bubba down." She endeavored all her challenges and always was strong for the rest of her family.   Although her time on this earth was cut short she touched the lives of many people. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend who will be deeply missed by many.

Add Your Remembrance

Dear Tim, April & Corey, Thelma & Franklin, Evan & Colin, Ken & Nancy, Ron, Penny & John, Terry, Donna, Cindy's & Tim's other Relatives and Hundreds of Friends,

Cindy, our bright star, has left the Earth and is now shining down on all of us, adding even more beauty to the Heavens.

I first met Cindy and Tim at Billings West High. I was a "big" Senior and they were "only" Sophomores. Tim and Cindy quickly became my Brother, Barry Holwegner's best friends for many, many years.

To this day, I have never met a couple more perfect for each other and so very much in love than Cindy and Tim.

There are so many wonderful things to say about Cindy, but those of us who were lucky enough to know and love her realize that it would take pages and pages just to list a few of them.

Tim, even though so many miles separate all of us, our thoughts and prayers have been with You and Cindy through all of this each and every day.

If there is ever anything you need, please do not hesitate to pick up the phone (or email) me.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful Cindy with all of us. She was (and is) such an amazing woman. It was an honor to spend time with the two of you (and April) through the years!
